By accessing and using CLIENCY's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CLIENCY provides AI-powered software development services, specializing in:

  • Custom Shopify store development and optimization
  • E-commerce integrations and automation
  • Custom software solutions to replace existing subscriptions
  • AI-enhanced development processes

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Project Pricing

Our projects start at £2,000 for basic applications. Final pricing is determined based on:

  • Project scope and complexity
  • Required integrations
  • Timeline requirements
  • Ongoing support needs

3.2 Ownership Model

Unlike traditional SaaS subscriptions, you own the software we develop for you upon project completion and final payment. This means:

  • No recurring subscription fees
  • Full ownership of the codebase
  • Freedom to modify and extend as needed
  • Option for ongoing support and maintenance

3.3 Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit card

4. Project Process

4.1 Discovery Phase

Initial consultation to understand your requirements and provide accurate pricing.

4.2 Development

Agile development process with regular updates and feedback loops.

4.3 Delivery

Complete handover including source code, documentation, and deployment assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed software transfer to you. CLIENCY retains the right to use general techniques, concepts, and know-how gained during the project.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Software is provided with a 30-day bug-fix guarantee from delivery date.

7. Limitation of Liability

CLIENCY's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to termination date must be paid for.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hampshire, UK.
